How do I know which plan should I subscribe?
Basically we will charge you based on number of steps needed and complexity involved while building for your workflow. You can submit any file of your workflow sample through our livechat for our experts to access and suggest which plan suit you the most.
Can I upgrade and downgrade my plan?
Only upgrade of plan is allowed.

Is there any extra charges or hidden fee beside this building fee?
Yes. If your automation involved sending any WhatsApp templates then there will be WhatsApp messaging fee that is charged per conversation. You will get 1,000 free conversation fee and after that you will be charge directly from Facebook. To estimate your cost, you can check the conversation pricing fee here.
Is my data secure?
Yes, you can set up roles and permissions within User Levels to give access to your team members and manage confidential data. With User Levels, you are in control of who sees what. For YesHello platform security you can read more about it here.
