How does the 14-day Free Trial work?

New users can get a 14-day free trial to discover YesHello at no cost, no risk, no obligation. Your trial allows you to explore the YesHello platform and confirm its technical fit. You will get immediate access to your chosen plan.

What happens after the trial?
After the free 14-day trial period ends, your card will be charged through a secure online system. And you can choose to cancel your subscription anytime.
Are there discounts for yearly plans?

Yes! If you pay for a year in advance, you save 33% compared to paying per month. That means you get 12 months’ usage for the price of 8 months. This only applicable for YesHello plan subscriptions, add-on (Contacts Quota, Users, WhatsApp Business API, etc) not included. 

Can I upgrade and downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade and downgrade your plan anytime, you can contact our support team.

Can I cancel at any time?

Plans can be cancelled at any time without incurring any cancellation fees and will no longer be renewed at the next renewal date. You will continue to receive the features and limits of your plan until the end of the billing cycle. All data stored on your accounts will also be erased within 1 months after your cancellation date or upon request.

What is a Customer Contact?
Customer Contacts are contacts that have sent or received a message over the billing month. Once your channels are connected, every person messaging you via any Messaging App / Channels (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, etc) becomes a contact. They remain a contact with their data and chat history until you delete them from the platform
What happens if I reach the customer contact limits?

When you exceed your customer contact limit, you will no longer be able to send messages to your new contacts (over the plan contact limit) until the limit has been increased by upgrading your subscription plan or purchasing the Additional Contacts add-on.

Does YesHello integrate with WhatsApp?

Yes we do! You can choose from our WhatsApp Official Business API providers to connect WhatsApp to YesHello, depending on your company size. You can even connect to multiple WhatsApp channels. Talk to our customer support team to see which one works best for you.

Will WhatsApp Business API charge you?

Yes. To set up WhatsApp Business API through YesHello, you will need to pay a monthly API provider fee and a WhatsApp messaging fee that is charged per conversation. You will get 1,000 free conversation fee and after that you will be charge directly from Facebook. To estimate your cost, you can check the conversation pricing fee here. For Pro and Business plan users, onboarding support will now include expert guidance throughout the completion of the official WhatsApp Business API application process, YesHello account setup, to the management of Facebook Business Verification, along with a one-hour-long user training and chat backup.

Is my data secure?
Yes, you can set up roles and permissions within User Levels to give access to your team members and manage confidential data. With User Levels, you are in control of who sees what. For YesHello platform security you can read more about it here.
What are the available methods of payment?

We accept all major credit cards through our accredited payment gateway partner, Stripe. We also offer alternative payment methods for invoices exceeding RM5,000. Talk to our team to learn more.

What is Priority support?
Access our highest level of technical support with a dedicated escalation channel where issues can be resolved via WhatsApp direct messaging, or additional Zoom calls. Your queries will be prioritized, and responses will be received in two to three hours as long as it falls from 10 am to 7 pm (UTC/GMT: +8:00) from Monday to Friday. If third-party software support is required, YesHello will also deliver configuration guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
Are there additional charges for each instant messaging channel added?

Most instant messaging channels do not have additional charges. However, some channels such as SMS and WhatsApp may incur additional fees for API setup and message quotas. Contact us to learn more!

Does YesHello offer advanced automation setup and training for our team?

Yes, we do! If you are Business Plan user our dedicated onboarding team will set up everything from staff permissions to customer flows and even automation rules. But, don’t worry if you subscribe to our Pro Plan, you will also have priority support and onboarding guidance from our onboarding team.
