    Sales Account Executive

    Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Remote, WFH)


    Learn & understand our products and our prospective clients well
    Qualify free users based on product engagement and demographics
    Help identify new use cases, product gaps, and buying objections
    Develop, measure, and iterate different Sales Processes
    Perform effective online demos to prospects
    Close new business consistently
    Become an expert in Business Messaging
    Follow up on highly qualified inbound leads
    Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business

    Billing Clerk

    Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Remote, WFH)

    Billing Clerk Job Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Billing Clerk to correspond with customers regarding payments, issue invoices, and process credit memos. The Billing Clerk will also be tasked with updating accounting records with issued invoices, new payments, customer information, etc.


    You should be able to multitask, deal with customer concerns in a professional manner and assist the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.


    To be successful as a Billing Clerk, you should have a good grasp of accounting practices and strong organizational skills. An outstanding candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a knack for working with numbers.


    Billing Clerk Responsibilities:

    • Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
    • Processing credit memos.
    • Preparing account statements for customers.
    • Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
    • Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
    • Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
    • Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
    • Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.


    Billing Clerk Requirements:

    • High school diploma/SPM/A-levels.
    • Previous experience as a billing clerk or in a similar role.
    • Knowledge of accounting software such as Quickbooks/Xero/MYOB etc.
    • Working knowledge of accounting standards and relevant legal regulations.
    • Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
    • Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets.
    • Excellent math skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.

    Customer Success Associate

    Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Remote, WFH)


    Respond to inbound customer questions in a team environment, using our shared inbox tool to accelerate customer activation and engagement.
    Surface opportunities to test and implement programs that can effectively drive customer adoption across the customer base.
    Conceptualize, create, and implement adoption-focused projects on a quarterly basis to address gaps in customer utilization.
    Monitor common customer questions/ concerns and partner with cross-functional teams to suggest solutions.
    Empower customers to self-serve and help users navigate our on-demand success resources.

    Managing Editor

    Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Remote, WFH)

    The Managing Editor will be responsible for the coordination of all digital and print content produced by the content team.


    The right candidate will have experience in cross-channel content marketing and content optimization including text, audio, video, image content, social media marketing, and search marketing.


    The Managing Editor is a creative marketing mind with the ability to organize projects, meet deadlines, and manage a team. The ability to interpret analytics and troubleshoot web related technical issues is a plus.


    This position requires experience in using digital and print content to support strategic organizational objectives.


    Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

    - Creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the planning, execution, optimization, distribution, and amplification of the organization’s content.

    - Defining, creating, and upholding the organization’s Style Guide. Overseeing the scheduling, publication, and overall consistency of YESHELLO’s content assets.

    - Coordinating day-to-day editorial operations, managing in-house and outsourced content creators, editors, graphic designers, videographers, developers, etc.

    - Reviewing all assignments before publication to ensure material is accurate and on-brand.

    - Leading and directing the work of content produced by content team members including text, images, audio, and video, making sure all team members are on task and meeting deadlines.

    - Assisting in ideation, planning, and execution of the editorial and content marketing calendar that attracts and appeals to the organization’s various customer avatars.

    - Monitoring and reporting on content marketing metrics and KPIs.

    - Ensuring readability of content by identifying and correcting mistakes in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

    - Checking accuracy of facts, dates, names, captions, statistics, etc. located in all content.

    - Maintaining consistency of the brand by upholding the organization’s style guide standards on tense, voice, tone, and the spelling/capitalization of certain words as they relate to the organization.

    - Identifying successful content and mapping out new ways to repurpose (i.e. a blog post into a YouTube video) to amplify the organization’s message.

    - Creating copy, engaging headlines and subheads, proofreading, and deep line editing for spelling, grammar, and brand consistency.


    Secondary Roles & Responsibilities:

    - Creating content that is optimized for search and social media traffic.

    - Producing and/or directing video content for YouTube and other video platforms.

    - Locating and/or initiating creation of engaging and relevant images to complement stories.


    Necessary Skills:

    - Content Marketing – Demonstrated experience with successful management and execution of a content marketing strategy.

    - Leadership – Successful experience leading a team in a project driven environment.

    - Editing – Proven editorial skills including strong language skills and the ability to adjust content to remain consistent with brand, style, and tone.

    - Copywriting – An understanding of how to create and present content that persuades.

    - Lead Generation – Demonstrated experience with using digital and/or print content to generate leads and sales.

    - Organization: Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet a variety of deadlines.

    - Critical Thinking – Ability to identify trends and adjust strategy using analytical and quantitative problem-solving.

    - Communication Skills – Superior ability to create compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.


    Bonus, Nice to Have Skills:

    – SEO

    – A demonstrated ability to drive traffic to web properties from search engines.

    Social Media Marketing

    – Proven experience using social media channels to distribute and amplify the organization’s content, manage reputation, develop relationships, and drive website traffic.


    – Successful management of a business blog that furthers organizational goals.


    – The ability to create content within and troubleshoot issues with the WordPress platform.


    – An excellent command of analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics or Omniture, to adjust marketing strategy and tactics.


    – Familiarity with HTML and CSS is required; more advanced knowledge of PHP and JavaScript preferred.


    – Demonstrated experience in investigating and producing research-based content.
