How long is the duration for the training?
Regardless the training is conducted physically or via zoom, the training will conduct for 2 hours.
My company is not based in Malaysia so can I opt in for virtual training?
Our physical training is only limit to Klang Valley area within Malaysia otherwise it would be virtual training via Zoom.
Who are entitle to register for this training?
Our onboarding training currently only open for our YesHello subscribers (beside business plan subscriber) to get started with YesHello even faster and scale.
What is the timing for the training?
Once you register for the training, our representative will get in touch with you to arrange mutual timing for the training. The session will most likely conduct first half of the working day.
Is it free? Is there any fee involved?
This training content is specially designed by our expert to help our subscribers like you to get started with YesHello without dragging down by those technical issues. Hence, there will be one time off fee involved for all the conducted training. Physical training will be RM 500 whereas Zoom training will cost you RM 299.
